Bind was formed in early 2000 with Gabe ,Scott , and Brian. Rich, and Lee joined in 2002 to complete the powerhouse band that you see today. Our early influences include Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath,Van Halen,A lot of really cool 80's bands,a few cool early nineties bands, of course we liked a lot of cool bands such as, Metallica, Megadeth,Queensryche, Tool,System of a Down ,King Diomand,Savatage,A perfect Circle,I could make this list extremely long, but I won't. LOL!. Currently, we listen to bands like Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, God Forbid,Unearth ,Arch Enemy,All that reamains,Avenged Sevenfold,Lamb of God,and a shitload of killer bands! You know who they are! We don't necessarily try to be different, we just want to be really good at what we do, and it really shows during live performances. People dig it more if it's real. We think the live show is very important to a successful band. A great sounding cd may sell many copies, but a great band will sell many cd's.We are often told our live show is one of the best, most energetic and talented performances currently on the road! We've opened for Quiet Riot, the Carolina Hurricanes and the Myrtle Beach Rescue Squad. We've also worked with Dateline NBC,Mid Atlantic Music Conference(Twice),CBGB's, hundreds of clubs and bands that we will never forget.
We are having a great time, and would really like to make this a full time career. You will not go wrong with us! See you on the road!

Their songs are well arranged, the instrumentation works perfectly together, and their vocalist has an excellent voice.
While their sound is nothing new, this band is definitely creative. Their choruses are memorable and even catchy, which is often rare in metal music. They are almost pop-metal,which is not an easy thing to pull off.
Bind is very marketable.Metal music is extremely popular with young audiences, and is growing even more mainstream on a national level.
Bind could easily become a hot ticket, if their live show sounds as good as these recordings.

We were hoping to place your music, but in the end, Coke was looking for a specific sound geared towards the under 15 set. In other words, your music was just a little more sophisticated than Coke's target listener.
The reason I want to point this out is because we at myTracks feel your music would be something our community of music fans would appreciate. As a result, you have been selected as one of a small handful of artists to be featured on myTracks.com. We received over 10,000 submissions last year alone, and we would be stoked to have you take advantage of this opportunity.
The Coke Program is only one of many great partnerships you will be eligible for as a registered myTracks artist. Once registered, you will not have to pay anything to be considered for these opportunities.
Please contact me if you would like to get more information about myTracks.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
We currently play 45 min.-1 1/2 hr all original shows. 12-20 original songs and occasionally a few choice covers: Drowning Pool-Bodies, Sevendust-Praise, Slipknot-Duality, Killswitch Engage-Rose of Sharyn/End of a heartache,ect... These are all heavy songs that are somewhat radio-friendly. Occasionally, we do 3-hour sets of mostly covers for some venues. At these shows you will hear songs from Godsmack,Sevendust Disturbed,Saliva,Chevelle, Killswitch Engage,Shadowsfall,Metallica,Mudvayne, Crossfade,Slipknot,ect... The cover songs we play have been on the radio or are popular enough that most rock music fans will recognize and enjoy them. Many fans have said we play other bands' songs better than the original version.
six new songs are up! Enjoy!
