Biography

She grew up in recording studios and dance studios, singing, dancing, and acting in productions for her family and friends. Looking up to some of her favorite artists such as: Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Mary-Mary, Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and Alicia Keys. She has used their very different styles to come up with her own funky, fresh hip-hop/R&B/Pop style.

Received Lamont Dozier Songwriter Scholarship for 2006 GRAMMY Camp
Received Scholarship for 2005 Inaugural GRAMMY Camp
2004 Billboard World Song Contest "Honorable Mention" 4th place for song 'Dance With Me'
On her 5th grade composition'Anything is Possible' she wrote and recorded all the instrumental parts and vocals on her song, which won the schools Reflections Award for 2000 and also received:

Certificate for Outstanding Achievement from the California 31st District PTSA,
California State PTA 'Certificate of Participation'
California State Senate 'Certificate of Recognition'
United States 'Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition'
She played and sang 'Fallin' in her 7th grade talent show and won 3rd place. As a 7 yr. old dancer her group won 3rd place in a national dance competition in Los Angeles. She is currently a hip-hop teacher and choreographer for Christian Performing Arts Center. At her church, The Church On The Way, she is the director of the high school gospel choir.
