Biography
Needle Up loved each other in 2004. But then, not so much anymore. They rekindled their love in 2007 and have been rocking your faces off ever since. They've traveled cross country a few times and seen and met some very interesting characters.
Needle Up has been lucky to share the stage over the years with some of our most favorite bands, including Bitch & The Exciting Conclusion, Juliette Lewis & The Licks, The Butchies, Rasputina, Matt Pond PA and Q & Not U.
In 2008, Bitch (Bitch & Animal, Bitch & The Exciting conclusion) proclaimed we were her new favorite band. Much love and bowling was soon to follow.
In 2004, Kaia Wilson (The Butchies) said we were a band to see, after we shook the ground of an all woman's college about to go co-ed with The Butchies.

Our set-list is entirely original, ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours, up beat and down tempo, high energy or ballads. It's versatile and can be custom tailored to whatever playing situation we enter.
