Biography

Lemma was created in 2004 from a collaboration of local styles and sounds. What began as a strong passion to get back to the roots of music has become a natural force that people can't help but to fall in love with.
People of all ages and musical tastes can appreciate the sounds of Lemma. Their influences include Coldplay, early nuevo soul Lenny Kravitz, Jack Johnson, Tom Waits, Widespread Panic, Dave Matthews, Elvis Costello, Sublime, and Jason Mraz.

Lemma is currently being heard on Clear Channel's New music site as well as MTV's Soundtrack. They were the headlining band for Opening Night 2008, which is Oklahoma City's main event for New Year's Eve. The featured band alongside Lemma was The Flaming Lips. They have been invited back to headline for the events being held in 2009. In April of 2008 they were one of five finalists in Norman, Oklahoma for the Waka Winter Classic.

Setlist

The set list includes a mix of slow and rockin songs. Usually a couple of sing-a-long covers are thrown in somewhere in the middle.

Sets can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours in length.
