Biography

Bryan G. Rowe is a pianist and composer living in Ellicott City, Maryland. He was awarded the Doctorate in Sacred Music by the Graduate Theological Foundation. Through studies in the British Isles, his doctoral work culminated in work at Oxford University.

Bryan is currently a PhD Fellow at the University of Maryland, College Park in Mathematics Education.

Bryan has taught advanced mathematics and music in private and public schools in Maryland for 17 years including two summers in Hong Kong with Johns Hopkins University's CTY program.

Bryan has served as a church musician for over 34 years. He has presented recitals and concerts in St. Paul's Cathedral, London, Washington National Cathedral, Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California, and numerous other venues across the United States.

Bryan is a composer of piano, vocal, choral, and instrumental works. He has also served as pianist for several dance troupes.

Bryan lives with his wife and three dogs in Ye Olde Grist Mill in Ellicott City, Maryland.

Phil Munds in the principal hornist of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and currently teaches on the faculty of Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University. Phil is a graduate of San Francisco Conservatory and currently holds the USF&G chair in the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.

His horn tone, technique, and flexibility on that instrument are unmatched. The son of two singers, Phil's horn playing is likened to that of a well-seasoned and soaring singer.

He lives with his wife and children on a yacht (yes, it's a passionate project of Phil's) in Baltimore's harbor.
