An ageless sound and infectious, youthful energy are at the very core of Baltimore quartet Fools & Horses - featuring Matt Hutchison (vocals/guitar), brother Tim Hutchison (drums/vocals), Kent Warren (bass/vocals), and Steve Herrera (guitar/vocals). Fools & Horses distinctive Rock sound combines the melody and pure, organic power of the 90’s with the intensity of the lyrics and kinetic rhythms of today’s hits. Fools & Horses albums and live shows are often compared to those of Coldplay, the Foo Fighters, Travis and Cake.

Voted Best Band of Baltimore by the readers of the Baltimore City Paper for three straight years, named Best Modern Rock Band, and Fan Favorite by the Washington Area Music Association, Fools & Horses’ music is charming its way onto the national and international scene. The kingdom of Starbucks featured the Fools & Horses’ song The Therapy on its compilation Off the Clock, selling over 30,000 copies. Television and film have also embraced the band’s catalog of songs, most recently Cinema Sounds, the Playboy Channel, FUSE Network, MTV, A&E, E!, ESPN and USA.

The band has been seen performing at many top clubs up and down the East coast, including The Bitter End and Arlene's Grocery (N.Y), The Grape Street and Tin Angel (Philadelphia, PA), The Bottle and Cork (Dewey Beach, DE), Seacrets, Fager’s Island, and Castaways (Ocean City, MD), MTV's Spring Break at Club Lavela, (Panama City, FL) The Recher Theatre, Ram's Head Live!, and the Eight by Ten Club (Baltimore, MD). College dates include Princeton University, University of Las Vegas, Sweet Briar College, Penn State, Penn Tech, SUNY, Villa Julie, Mounmouth University, Washington & Lee, University of Maryland, University of Delaware, Hood College, Mount St. Mary's, Cabrini College, Johns Hopkins University, Randolph Macon, Catholic University, Virginia Wesleyan, Loyola College, Dickinson College and Towson University.

They have shared the stage with many national and regional acts including Bon Jovi, the Gin Blossoms, Live, Sister Hazel, The Used, The Knack, Carbonleaf, Graham Colton, Violent Femmes, Cowboy Mouth, The Used, Story of the Year, Cowboy Mouth, Jimmies Chicken Shack, The Roots, Spin Doctors, Pat McGee, Ozomatli, Nine Days, Rhett Miller, Foghat, Blue Oyster Cult, and the Presidents of the United States of America. Fools & Horses have been selected to perform at many special events and festivals including Summerfest, Red Gorilla Music Festival, HFSTIVAL presented by WHFS 105.7, 98 ROCK's Big Nite Baltimore at First Mariner Arena and M&T Bank Stadium, The Dewey Beach Music Conference, Millenium Music Conference, Shamrockfest (DC), Blocktoberfest (DC), and Popfest. Events also include The American Music Festival, DC's Pentagon Row Concert Series, The MCI Center, National’s Stadium, and FED-EX Field for the Washington Redskins.

Fools & Horses are touring in support of their self titled 4th studio album. Produced by Scott Spelbring, Mixed by Adam Hawkins (Rilo Kiley, Avenged Sevenfold) and Mastered by Brian Gardner (Katy Perry, the Killers), this latest release captures the band’s live and raw energy as never before.

"FOOLS AND HORSES ARE BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST MID-ATLANTIC BANDS AROUND. Not only is their music tight, but they play with such passion and intensity. If you don't catch them live or get their CD, you will be missing out on a group that is destined to become a number one chart busting band!"
-Dave Burgess, Promotions Director - MIX 106.5- Baltimore, MD.

"Independent rock is at a kind of crossroads lately. There are bands that continue to push the envelope and find new ways to create sound and arrange songs, and then there are bands that are content to sit and idly reproduce structures and sounds that have been done over and over, run into the ground. Fools & Horses fit into the former category. The band relies on creative songwriting and even more creative sonic usage of instruments to create some of the most memorable indie rock of the year so far...The classic elements of rock are all to be found ... but there are plenty of components that transcend modernism and lean towards what might just be the next big thing in indie rock and all with honest credibility and aural blissfulness. A great combination."
L. Keane from Hybridmagazine.com
