Biography

The Mania has been entertaining audiences throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois with the music of The Beatles since early 2012. More appropriately categorized as a Beatles cover band than a tribute act, The Mania focuses on recreating the best of The Beatles in a high-energy, true-to-the-recording fashion that still leaves room for a few twists. The Mania aims to pick up where The Beatles’ live shows left off - but don’t expect matching suits, mop-tops, or synchronized bows. This gig is much more the Let It Be roof-top concert than The Ed Sullivan Show. The Mania’s set includes music from the entire Beatles catalog but is made up largely of songs from Rubber Soul onward. A dedicated lead vocalist, full-time keyboards, and four-part vocal harmony help bring this deep, classic music to life.
