Biography
Cher Lloyd, Sia, Beyonce, Robyn, and Rihanna are some of my favorite female artists.
Flo Rida, Jay Sean, George Strait, Eminem, Mat Kearney are some of my favorite male artists.
Delta Heavy UK is my favorite DJ duo and remixer. Kaskade is nice too.
Sam Hunter is my favorite up and coming artist.
I like listening to music from all over the world, e.g. Asian (J-rock/pop, K-pop, Bangladesh, etc.), Latin/crossover and club music from Europe. I'm a talent scout for a local recording studio now, help part time with producing and developing local talent when I'm not writing/ recording my own ideas. I'm also a member of NSAI (Nashville Songwriter's Association International) and contribute a column on songcraft to the local chapter's monthly newsletter.
Sometimes I just like playing Beethoven (sonatas) on my Roland stage piano. Beethoven is my favorite composer. I wish he were alive today to work with modern synths. I'm self taught. I'm now studying harmony theory and when finished with that I've bought books on orchestration.
Music is a hobby - my day job is writing software for several clients mostly in the financial industry these days.
