Biography
Lucia is a singer and songwriter with a unique vocal quality and style. Lucia's first album, Good Girl, had multiple songs that sat at the top of college charts for months. Her second CD had songs that appeared on stations across New England. Singles from her last CD were also featured on Clear Channels 107.1fm out of New England.
Despite many layers of adversity throughout her life, this musicians persistence and talent continues to pay off. Lucia has the unique ability and gift to please audiences wherever she goes. Her past performances include: pre-opening acts for Wilco and Natalie Merchant at Meadowbrook Farms in Gilford NH, Opening Act for Brooke Hogan and Freakin A, NH Young Artist Showcase, (featured artist,) and numerous coffeehouses and colleges around New England and New York. Lucia has also hit New York City with performances at CBGBs 313 and the Elbow Room. In addition, she was a featured artist at International Music Week in NYC, where she performed at a variety of venues including: Madison Square Garden, Le Discotheque and Le Bar Bac. Her exposure has expanded to the West with a variety of shows at The Desert Palms Casino and Club Seven in Las Vegas. She also has played at famous venues in LA, including the world famous, KEY CLUB and Room 5.
Lucia has featured music in numerous independent films, is a featured artist on the internationally distributed GIRL POWER 2 CD. Her music has been played on a variety of internet radio stations worldwide and licensed by MTV, multiple TV production companies and ad campaigns for websites worldwide.
As a songwriter, Lucia has a collection of close to 100 songs. She has written for up and coming artists and collaborated with other songwriters on projects for artists as well. Lucia hopes to continue her career in the songwriting field and to keep expanding her work of writing for other artists while she excels as a songwriter.
