Biography

The Post Script's biography is being written everyday.

The Post Script is a band that brings passion and energy into everything they do. Having won numerous prizes and contests for songwriting and performance in Indianapolis, The Post Script has had the privilege to open for The Plain White Tees at the Coke Zero Music Festival as well as independently tour the country. With an undeniable vitality that flows from the stage, a performance from The Post Script is memorable, enthralling, and gripping.

With a subtle humor, Matt Corken and Abe Jentry move through their music with a comfort and confidence not often seen in performers in their early 20's. Having played together for three years, The Post Script has defined and refined their sound to be infinitely unique and unclassifiable, yet at the same time principally alluring and enjoyable. According to Danielle Look, Nuvo’s own Indianapolis music enthusiast and critic, “With striking precision, [The Post Script] manage[s] to fuse pop, funk, and rock into something so universally appealing it could be dubbed ‘one sound fits all’.”

It is through the band’s undying devotion to the balance between inspiration and perfection that they have managed to accomplish what they have, and they plan to continue to do so into the future.

Discography

The Post Script Demo- Winter 2007
**The first recordings ever made by The Post Script. This collection of the first six songs collaborated on are raw and live. This marked the momentous beginnings of the group, and set the tone of that would push the boys to expand their horizons.**

The Spring EP- Spring 2008
**The Spring EP was what changed everything. This EP was the Demo, rerecorded plus one more acoustic song (Get Away), and added one more key element to the sound of The Post Script; percussion. Coby Slagle's Latin vibe was lent to the group on tracks such as "Fire" and "Live Your Life" and completely changed the direction and sound scape of the group.**

Seasons Change-Spring 2010
**As The Post Script's debut album, Seasons Change is nearly an hour of all original music that serves as Polaroid to freeze the band's sound. This album is full of influences and never stops flowing. From transcendental instrumental dance grooves to undeniable hooks, The Post Script finally showcases their versatility to bringing listeners everything they want to hear, and yet nothing they expect. Now featured on sites such as Grooveshark, Pandora, Last.Fm, Amazon MP3, iTunes and more, there is no reason not to add Seasons Change to your music collection.
