No, frankly, it's a bit long in the tooth and comes off as a major yawner. Sure there are a few choice cuts sprinkled in, but none as fantastic as Bright Lights Bigger City, and thanks to our buddy Dave Wrangler coming in with jauntier mix of the track, we can forget we ever spun the entire disc. So just toss this remix on for 45.8 minutes in repetition, which is how long you'd waste your time 'earing up on Green's solo effort.

This is yet another rework of “Pumped Up Kicks” by Foster the People, and what makes it stand out is that it’s mashed with Afrojack‘s “Take Over Control.” Who would’ve thought these songs could work so well together? Clearly Dave Wrangler did, and he made it happen. Save the applause and just hit the dance floor.

This remix is definitely not going to be for everyone as some might claim its borderline sacrilege to touch any tracks off of ‘Blood Sugar Sex Magik’ but Dave Wrangler goes a different route in this remix of “Under the Bridge”. This is best described as tripped/glitched out and really makes the track into an audio experience. Get a good pair of headphones and check out “the Art of Noise”.

It has been remixed, mashed, and blended to death. . . . and then some. However, Dave Wrangler just released his Afrojack // Foster the People mashup, and of the plethora of “Pumped Up Kicks” remixes available, it’s one of my favorites. I feel like I’d be unjustifiably discriminating against Mr. Wrangler by not posting it merely because of it’s use of “Pumped Up Kicks.” My new promise is to post only exceptional remixes/mashups of “Pumped Up Kicks,” and I believe this track fits squarely in that category.
