Twan Von Hovi's music is a unique blend of electro, rock, and pop that gives the listener a glimpse into the mind of the artist. Each song speaks of a different experience or perspective from which the artist was inspired. While never forgetting his roots of rock drumming and turntable manipulation, he continues to move forward. Now focusing on developing a sound that is truly unparalleled, Twan Von Hovi is eager to grow as a producer, performer, and songwriter.

  Twan Von Hovi is a chameleon. Twan Von Hovi rhymes with "Jon Bon Jovi". Twan Von Hovi hails from Houston Texas. Twan Von Hovi uses electro/rock stylings to push music that at times sounds like TV on the Radio, The Postal Service, David Bowie and Bauhaus in a blender on high. The music is menacing and fun all at once, switching from instrumental tracks to songs with little to no warning. A veritable carnival of sounds and I've a free ride listed below.

  As some of you may have worked out, I’m a bit of a sucker for electronic beeps and bips. Now, following on from our profiles of The Good Natured, Magic Wands, Kyte and Yoav we’ve found Twan von Hovi, a quickly rising talent from Houston, Texas.
  
  Mix together a bit of Postal Service, a smattering of Ladytron and Flaming Lips, and ultimately you end up with the might of Twan Von Hovi. Sounding like the bands above whilst sounding quite different, every track of his new album “After a Year” is different to the one before, and greater than the sum of all its parts.
