Biography
Originated from San Clemente, CA. Willy and Jeff formed Wilfax. Two friends both strongly influence by Clapton, Dave Matthews, and other similiar artist. As a band, we're open to new and different ideas on songwriting and how to stretch and personalize cover tunes. For over 7yrs, we've played all over Southern California, sometimes with a full band, but mostly as a duo or trio. What sets us apart from most, is we mix the acoustic guitars with the PA and electric amp. It gives a colorfull blend of acoustic & electric in one giutar at the same time. Along with the percussionist keeping the groove, audience think they hear 4 giutarist, when there's only two.

Usually (3) 45 min sets that include covers from Beatles, Stones, Clapton, B. Marley, M. Gaye, Matthews, Jack Johnson, etc. along with 2-3 originals a set. For showcase venues, we play all original with 1-2 cover.
