Based in the Washington, DC metro area, LoKi Productions Media Group embodies the essence of the Nation’s capital— Influence. Intertwined within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) music scene, LoKi’s distinct sound provides the backdrop for the regions hottest talent. Infusing genres from Hip-Hop, Classical, Pop, Jazz, Techno and Go-Go, LoKi introduces a custom made musical experience for artists and music lovers across the country.
Super producers Lamont "DoTcOm" Lively and Brandon "BD" Dent create music originating exclusively from LoKi Studios. With DoTcOm and BD at the helm, crowds throughout the DMV, Detroit and New York City have encountered the best live shows by LoKi artists.
Leading the multitudes with high octane showmanship, Evan “Eazy” Hall’s lyrical skills and delivery not only sets the stage for audible indulgence, but fabricates the foundation of a new breed of musical art. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Eazy crafted his unique ability to portray everyday experiences by absorbing the numerous cultural expressions in his neighborhood. Penning his rhymes at an early age, Eazy’s genetic inspiration was cultivated by examining the choral compositions of both his father and grandfather.
In 2008, Eazy was nominated for “Rapper of the Year” at the DMV Music Awards hosted by Velocity Magazine. With hit singles "Bottoms Up" and "Hi DEF", Eazy has performed at DC9, Pure Lounge, Kaffa House, Grog and Tankard, Bar-Nun, and State of the Union in Washington, DC; Artmosphere in Maryland; the infamous Alvin’s in Detroit, MI; the Myrtle & Cypress Ave Annual Block Party in Brooklyn and Uncle Joes in New York City.
Jaded by the commercialized music industry and its direction, a group of friends founded Loki Productions Media Group in their dorm room at Columbia Union College in 2004. Their talent and innate instincts drove them to be different, produce original music and establish a loyal fan base. With a talented stable of songwriters, producers, vocalists and performers and mentorship from industry veteran Stoney "Barshon" Gibbs of Furious Entertainment (Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five), gives LoKi the necessary elements to take their music to the next level.
