Biography
In the fall of 2002, in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Gera, Jose, David and Marco, after having collaborated in other projects, form Leche. In that same year they record their first demo called “sueños MOR.” At the time the sound of the band mixed influences from British rock, pop and progressive. It is during 2004 that the band evolves to define their sound. During the following two years Leche concentrates in playing live, improving their performance. At the beginning of 2006 the band decides to enter the studio to record their first album. It is at the same time that Leche wins as revelation band for Batanga magazine, and travel to Miami where they mix the album with Javier Garza, winner of six grammys, who has worked with artists like Madonna, Santana, among others. That same year Leche participates in Rockampeonato Telcel, playing at the “Palacio de los Deportes” in Mexico City. At the moment, the band is promoting their album “Afama.”
