Biography

Marlon Ainsworth aka Mr Bertus Jamaica Reggae & Dancehall Artist, has long been recognized as a talented native son.

His inspiration comes from the normal daily trials and tribulations of living in Jamaica. A life that is colorful and rich, with his personal experiences, and the experiences of those around him.

Singing from the age of 7, Marlon grew up in Kingston, he was asked to enter a small contest which he won.

Mr Bertus an accomplished Artist,Songwriter and Producer and is very versatile with his songs, which are both meaningful, talking about life in general, full of passion and very inspirational that wants you to play his records over and over. He records many different genres of music from Reggae, Dancehall, Lovers Rock, Ska. He has also written well known songs for many popular Jamaican Artists, Producers and Studios.
