Hello everybody, my name is Alexander Molodkov, I am an aspiring songwriter from Toronto, Canada.
I was born in Russia in the small Siberian town in the era of Beatles. I wrote my first song at the age of 6. At the age of 13, after graduating from a music school, I started playing guitar and organized my first high school rock band. Later I played guitar in my University jazz group, and after graduating from University spent several years playing guitar in different touring pop-rock groups. I worked also on a radio station for a short period of time. In 2001 I relocated with my family to Toronto, and now it's my beloved home. I am a memeber of the International Songwriters Association Ltd. and I'm just starting my songwriting career here. Concentrating on writing songs mostly in a pop/AC genre, I feel confident creating music in many styles as rock, blues, juzz, latin, country, dance, christian, electronica just to name a few. I love writing and crafting music, that's what I did all my life and will always do.

Song "Play It Again"
"Your songs have a great form in their make-up, ALexander. The vocal bring in a warmth that helps to define the narrators as well as expand on the story line gracefully."
"The arrangement again brings in elements of folk, rock and lounge tones and textures that move under the warm emotions of the vocals. Very nicely crafted and delivered."
Song "Man Of The West":
"Hello Alexander, you know how to put a song together very well.
Your structure is classic. Solid effort. A very good idea. Conversational lyric style is the way to go."
"The guitar work ground this song in a solid mood and setting due to the assured stars that bring in both texture and rhythm. The voice is a grounding force and moves with consistency though this folk based track."
Song "Because The World Is Running Easy":
"The performance here is strong, and convincing. Vocals convey passion to the listener. The use of melody works well, and the mood that you establish is strong, and right in the pocket for A/C (pop). Song structure is solid, and we do have a nice setting up and releasing of the choruses..." "The vocal performance here is strong, and well presented. Passion and emotion do come across to the listener. I also like the mood creation working here... Use of melody and arrangement are also strong. The song structure works well, and your choruses are released very nicely. This idea has a nice pop A/C feel working. Vocals are strong, and very engaging. I like the song structure working here as well."
"Nice melody Alexander, and a good vocal performance... This is a pretty melody and the style is generally what they're looking for."
"Vocal performance here does convey passion as well as conviction to the listener. The arrangement here is strong, as is the mood that you set up and create with your use/choice of melody. Also, the arrangement is strong and effective, and this (along with your use of melody) creates a strong sense of mood here. Nicely done."
Song "Do You Know Who I Am?":
"Thanks for sending in your songs Alexander. I like the overall vibe here... I like the moody quality here. Good job overall and good luck!" "An unusual blend of styles from pop to folk to country. Good luck and keep at it."
"Lots of diverse styles, rock, Brazilian, psychedelic and folk, come into this song with grace and precision."
"Thanks for the song, Alexander, it has a very nice groove to it. Good arrangement for pop song."
Song "Living On The Mars":
"First off, let me say that I think you have some really good musical ideas and moments in these tracks and I think that's where I hear the most
potential... This track came across more like a pop style track with some electronic instrumentation. I think there's some good ideas in here musically."
