Biography

A former lead man for the rock band Kernel Mustard, Bob Funck has been performing his passionate brand of solo acoustic rock since the turn of the century. With a backing lineup that includes versatile electric guitarist Kent Nickerson (The Skinny Mulligans), acclaimed bass virtuoso Aaron Mills (Cameo, Outkast), and highly expressive drummer Rod Thompson, the music of Bob Funck and The New World Heroes has evolved into a dynamic version of acoustic-electric pop rock that blends passion and sensitivity with angst and raw sonic power.
