A BRIEF NOTE:

Culled from the ashes and discarded scraps of seasoned local rock n roll acts Monarch, and The You, Triggers came to be over chicken wings and micro brews at Fat Heads in the historic south side of Pittsburgh in early 2005. A true collective, Triggers bring together the diverse and sometimes conflicting personalities and tastes of each member, resulting in an eclectic batch of songs, sounds, and ideas. Easy comparisons might be to bands like Spoon or Blur, but neither would be entirely accurate. You could call them an indie pop band, but they would probably prefer that you didn’t.
