Biography
Jenny's musical training began as a five year old student of classical piano. She then switched to guitar and songwriting at the age of seventeen. Dabbling in Ballads, Country, Folk, Blues and Rock, Jenny displays a unique cross-genre appeal.
Her first album was the result of entering a Homegrown Contest through CKRA FM in Edmonton, Alta. where she won studio recording time for eleven tracks with an "on air" interview in 1981. In 2003, back home in Ontario, she won second prize with a video entitled "From Me To You." In 2006 she was now ready to turn a hobby into a life long dream. Both recording and producing new material led to further air play on Cygnus Internet Radio, Gospel Radio in Vancouver and Loyalist College Radio, placing multiple times in The Spin On Quinte's Top Five weekly program. Since joining Sonicbids Jenny has acquired air time on various other internet radio stations.
Jenny currently has multiple placements with music libraries and continues to write, expanding her prolific repertoire of music in the hopes of pitching her material to recording artists.
