Biography
Now as a part of the Okie Tone Records roster,
Being a full band, HipHop group is rare. SocietySociety is just that, with the added Punk Rock element. Growing up in the 90s when punk rock was everywhere really set the tone for how they approach music and song writing. Punk and HipHop are alike in many ways. Simplicity, Aggression, and Lyrical content that are put out there to make a point heard.
Society takes all the punk attitude and makes it a bit more groove oriented so the listener can take it all in.
Known for their explosive live show, gang vocal sing a
longs, & their stop on a dime changes. There is nothing but energy in the room when these five young men take the stage.
They are the next band to change and/or influence the direction of music as we know it. See them live, listen to the music, & see the soul that is our Society.
The 5 members of SocietySociety have been playing music together in various projects for the past 10 years.
With this line-up,as well as a new vision on music, SocietySociety is prepared to overcome and take on anything in their path. They live to play music, record albums, and above all else put on a show that no one else can recreate.

Press:
“Hip-Hop and pop-punk come together for a burst of energy and attitude, but it's not all just fun and games. The band's first single, "Stereo Types," hints that the band is about more than party rock with a socially conscious message about not being quick to judge... SocietySociety provides an explosion of sound and energy to make sure the NewVo crowd is ready to participate in the show. The band is raw and unpredictable, but that's exactly what makes it so much fun.”
