Biography
Boston-born Kat Gang is not just young and beautiful. She trained in jazz theory and composition at Berklee College of Music and earned her BFA in musical theatre at Tisch School of the Arts, NYU. She became an international stowaway and lived in London for seven years singing in smokey bars and cafes.
Instrumentation
Acoustic jazz rhythm section and sultry female vocals. Piano, upright bass and drums. Blending an international sound. Kat Gang from Boston is the songbird, Petros Sakelliou from Greece on keys, Gabrille Donati from Switzerland on bass, and David Ashkenasy from the west coast on drums.
