Alison Jane

Genre: Rock
Secondary Genre: Alternative Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada Contact

A perfect alchemy of soaring, anthemic hard-rock with hints of atmospheric metal, fronted by a femme-rock-diva pouring out her soul on vocals with style and urgency. With a repertoire that covers majestic power-ballads and fist-pumping abandon, the end result is a perilous and powerful performance

Biography

The story of a small town prodigy is a familiar one. The story of an up and coming singer/songwriter with a stunning voice and an intricate acoustic guitar creates a story worth exploring. Alison Janes compelling lyrics, smoky and sophisticated vocals keep pace with contemporary trends, but with a production which pushes the envelope to channel a seamless mixture of hard rock and classical southern rock sensibility. 24 year old Alison was born in London England and raised in Canada. She began singing as early as she learned to speak. The muse was greatly entrenched when she began composing songs of great depth and insight rarely seen at such a young age. By eleven, she was utilizing her skills with the accompaniment of her first guitar--eventually emulating her predecessors in rock 'n roll. Both Alison and her music continue to grow at an impressive rate. She passionately conveys the messages of her songs on stage with an unforgettable voice and powerful band to create the best pop/alternative rock show experience anyone will ever have. Alison Jane has worked hard to be a great musician. Along the way she sharpened her talent as a writer as well. Soon the world will see the perfect blend that the combination of the two produces and the extraordinary artist she has become.
