Biography
Brooks Wheelan grew up in Iowa wanting to become a comedian. He begged his parents to let him stay up to see Adam Sandler on Saturday Night Live as a child. He loved laughing at ridiculous things so that is what his comedy is geared towards. He started his comedy career as soon as he got out of high school and with his unique style he quickly become known as one of the best new comedians in the Midwest. He balanced comedy with college and recently graduated with a biomedical engineering degree (why not?) and moved from Chicago to Los Angeles where he performs almost every night of the week. He has worked with Daniel Tosh, Jeffry Ross, Nick Swardson, Louis CK, and many other comedians he grew up idolizing.
