Biography
Arienette is the name of the music project started by Katie Ainge. Katie is an American singer-songwriter, pianist, keyboardist, bassist, and guitarist originating from West Jordan, Utah.
Katie's musical aptitude became apparent as a child when she began to play melodies she heard on music toys. Taking piano lessons at the age 4 she went through levels in weeks instead of months. She soon moved on to other instruments playing the Clarinet and Oboe in the public
school's orchestra and bass guitar in the school's Jazz band and pit orchestra.
She began performing outside of school at local venues when she was 14. Both as a soloists and as part of several local bands ranging from Heavy Metal, Folk Rock to Pop. By the age of 19 she has had four independent EP/CD releases. She is currently touring to promote her
4th CD "The Hardest Of Fights".
Arienette sites her influences as: Ingrid Michaelson, Meiko, Sara Bareilles, A Fine Frenzy, Greg Laswell, Priscilla Ahn, Owen, Bright Eyes, Ace Enders, Regina Spektor, Sufjan Stephens, among others.
