Biography

Project41 formed in 2009..within a few months Project 41 played the Mid State Fair, the Lompoc Flower Fest, Morro Bay Harbor Fest and the Big Sur Jade Fest. Singer songwriter Skip James was nominated for a music award by Newtimes magazine. Project41's all original music has gotten air time on radiocrystalblue.com in New York, Pennsylvania and the Uk.
Project41 is an all original rock band..the music is melodic and lyrical a fusion of rock, jazz and country. The words convey a positive and inspiring message..A message of hope. Project41's listening audience is in the 18 to 50 age range with an almost equal male female ratio, according to the demographics received by jango.com..thanks for considering us..Skip James &Project41

In 2009, Skip James and Project41. Created "Continuum" the Painted Sky Sessinons. Recorded and mastered at The Painted Sky Studios in Cambria, Ca. and engineered by Steve Crimmel. Steve has worked with Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, and Michael Jackson, and proved to be a wonderful fit with Project 41. Project41 recorded 10 songs. 20hrs later the finisned cd is finished and ready for the public.
