Biography
Jack Phillips grew up in Fresno, California and began performing in a hometown club and on college campuses. His debut album, Revival Time (John Phillips) was released in to critical acclaim and was rated “four stars” in the All Music Guide.
In 2009, Phillips became a founder of Candyshop Songs, a company devoted to assisting independent artists secure music licensing opportunities.
In 2010, Jack completed "To Whom It May Concern." When asked to share his thoughts about the new album and the journey to New York, Jack replied: “This is an album I am proud to present - it represents all of the styles I have developed over the years - my sense of melody rings loudly from the speakers.
Jack Phillips and his band have been performing recently in New York at The Bitter End and The National Underground. Jack and the band will be performing at The Basement in Nashville on November 9th.
