Biography
Unlike most metal bands and metal guitarists who are stuck in one flavor of the metal genre, Daemon Blak is versatile, and has written, recorded, and produced a wide variety of rock music that runs the gamut from commercial hard rock, to melodic death metal. Daemon's early influence was blues, but then he transitioned to heavy metal and his primary influences in the metal genre are Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, and Metallica. Along the way, Daemon gained a wide array of influences from numerous hard rock and heavy metal guitarists and bands. This gives Daemon the ability to compose a hard rock song that will fit any mood for any TV, film, or video game project seeking music with a hard rock guitar centric edge.
Instrumentation
Eric Dennis (Stage name-Daemon Blak) is lead guitarist/composer and founder of of metal band project- "DARK BLU". All compositions are recorded and produced with Daemon on Guitar, Bass, and drum machine.
Discography
Daemon has over 30 songs written and recorded, but is currently focused primarily on the demo he recorded and released in January, 2010. Some of these compositions can be heard on internet radio stations at soundclick.com

Local bars and clubs that hire metal bands to play, will typically have multiple bands on the bill. Each band will have a 30 minute set. Dark Blu has a 30 minute set list that includes:

A classic Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, or Metallica song could be worked into the set list in any position, if necessary.
