Biography
The Next Day Rock Band is an independently managed, D.I.Y. (do it yourself) band that features five young talented rockers ranging from ages 13 to 16 years old. All are trained musicians who also play in various school bands and competitions.
The Next Day astonish audiences with an arsenal of covers and edgy and raw originals ranging from metal rock to classic and indie rock. These boys have the staying power necessary for today's world of music. After playing only four years, TND has opened for national acts such as Cinderella, Dokken, Y & T, Warrant, George Lynch, HellStar, BlackSmithz, Destrucion Evolution, SnakeSkin Prison, CrimeMind Tribute to QueensRyche, Deadpool, KISS IT Tribute to KISS, Killa Mual with James McMasters Tribute to Metallica, Nancy Silva Project, Del Castillo, to name a few. In addition, they have played well over 200 gigs...and show no signs of stopping. They are growing only Stronger, LOUDER, and Faster!
TND have also had the opportunity to work with David Banner, a well-known Hip-Hop R&B rap artist of Jive Records. The Band has appeared at numerous gigs / venues throughout the City of San Antonio and State of Texas. They have rocked in various Battle of the Bands competitions, winning all in the top three. The Next Day have performed not only at venues, but on TV as well - Kens 5 morning show, Great Day SA., WOAI 4 morning show, "The Garage" hosted by Christina Rodriguez. Interviewed and featured in several local and out of town newspapers such as, The Weekender from San Antonio Express-News daily, La Prensa- The Entertainment and The Examiner from Houston, Texas.
The band is currently recording their debut CD of their orginal songs. Be sure to check out their schedule...THE NEXT DAY ROCK BAND will be coming close to you....sooner or later.
