Biography
We Tainted Perception, reborn in 2006 and again 2010, seek to reintroduce the roots of Heavy Metal as recored in the 1980's. Following the unexpected & tragic passing of our lead singer Dan in 2007 we have had to regroup & refocus our passion toward our music. True Heavy Metal is not a deep growling drag race to see who can play fastest but rather melodic screaming with a heavy crunch and a beat that first taught the world he meaning of head banging. Our goal is simple; we seek to put metal back into music.
We have a great set of out own original songs but we also do covers because we want the audience to know the roots form which we came and so the can head bang and sing along.
