Biography

How'm I different? When I first learned to write my name, I capitalized the "e" and never told people why until now. I wrote "AngiE" so that the A & E could protect the little lowercase letters in between. I have always been a writer, a philosopher, hope-less romantic, and musician. Now I can just project it to you beautiful human beings of the world. :]

I've been writing songs since I could sing, but I didn't consider it as a possible profession until I landed at Loyola New Orleans in the Fall of 2009. For the two years I was there, I grew on all levels within the Music Industry Program under the care of great teachers such as *George Howard*, *John Snyder*, *Billy O'Connell*, and *Jim Gabour*. As every musician finds, I became drunk with the romantic magic of New Orleans.

Today, I find myself in Chicago completely stoked about my future career as I have been accepted to Berklee College of Music as a songwriting major. My friends in my home town Houston, my city of rebirth New Orleans, and my current home Chicago all support me, and I never get tired of hearing them sing my songs.
