Biography
VAINDUSTRY was originally formed as a therapy project in 2004 under name SKINDUSTRY. The project ended as ALL IN ME (my former band) got very busy.

Re-formed in 2008 we recorded 2 demo songs "Can't Get Away" and "I Hate You". After that Hangman got very busy and for that reason it was kind of end for Vaindustry atleast until Hangman goes to a break. And that was unlikely at the moment!

Anyway. Why change the name? I found out that there already is a band call skindustry.

Vaindustry mixes the good old Metal and Industrial sounds with lots of melodies. What come to vocals, there is going to be clean vocals, screams, etc...

In the beginning of 2010 Kalmisto and Jeremia hit their rather stupid heads together (after Hangman fired Jeremia and the whole band went to a dock) and they decided to wake Vaindustry from its 100 years sleep. At that time we had guitarist and vocalist who also played bass too. So we only needed another guitarist and a drummer. When Vaindustry got to the point where we had to think over and get ourselves those musicians, it was more than easy when it came to guitarist. Heca (ex-hangman) was a natural choice.

Jeremia went to a trip to Salo (Finland) and met Tuomas (vox and guit for Loosing Me) and asked if we could borrow their drummer Janari. And the answer was YES but still we had to ask personally. Janari said yes in the same evening though he wanted to think it over and give his answer at the end of the week.

And so Vaindustry was whole but then came the first problems. Jeremia announced that he couldn't take over the bass. He wanted to concentrate in vocals. So we still needed a bass player. We got the phone number of Juha and arranged a meeting. Right after that he was in.

In January of 2011 Vaindustry recorded their debut album "ALL FOR PAIN". Now we are about to mix it down and searching for someone to release it.
