Biography

MODENA VOX is the rock and roll quintet out of Columbus, Ohio whose music and live performance have begun to stir a buzz in the midwest and east coast. The band is beginning to make waves internationally on the strength of their latest demo which they recorded in Woodstock with acclaimed producer J.P. Bowersock (The Strokes, Ryan Adams). Their cd is on sale exclusively at Fopp Records in the UK and has been featured in Music Mart Magazine UK. Time Out NY Magazine calls MODENA VOX "a must see up and coming band," and the New York Daily News just spotlighted MV along with Interpol, Social Distortion and more as one of the five recommended shows in their "5 LIVE" column during their last trip to play NYC. MODENA VOX was recently featured in their first national television appearance on The True Music Concert Series which was filmed in Austin, Texas @ SXSW. The band will be touring July and August in a number of cities including NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Lexington, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Nashville, Baltimore and more.
