Biography

Since their debut in 2009, Corrupt Within has boasted a powerfully aggressive playing style augmented with punishing breakdowns and creative ideals. Based in Detroit, and consisting of vocalist Dane Carten, drummer Mike Skurkis, guitar players Greg Deridder and Adam Billiau, and bassist Adam Dudewicz, This group creates a uniquely unprecedented sound. In 2009 they released “Echoes of Silence” and began building a fan base in their local area. In 2010 “I Am No Hero” was recorded and released with the single “Ginger Bitch” being played on viral radio stations all across the globe. This came from signing onto T.S. Records, their current label who now distributes the Corrupt Within EPs. In 2011 “WHITEOUT” was created in the Spider Studios of Strongsville, Ohio. The mastermind producer behind this latest and most impressionable CD was none other than Tony Gammalo. With a plethora of major acts beneath his belt(Chimera, It Dies Today, etc), Tony set to work and constructed the WHITEOUT EP.
Corrupt Within has (since their debut) gathered sponsors such as High Octane clothing, Felix Leflamme designs and the most recent being Eternal Energy shots; among others. Infulenced by acts such as The Acacia Strain and Parkway Drive, Corrupt Within is proving to bring a new and exciting composition of metal to the scene.

2010 October: released the single : " Ginger Bitch " Worlwide through TS Records ( England ). Signed by TS Records in September 2010

2011 January: the WHITEOUT EP was recorded and produced at Spider Studios in Strongsville, Ohio by Tony Gamallo.
