Artist Information

Biography

Moonshine Mountain is a five-piece band hailing from northwest Montana with roots stretching from the east coast down to New Orleans and up through northern Minnesota and Montana. These diverse influences come together to form their original sound some have described as “outlaw jamgrass.” The band plays many different genres including rock, country, bluegrass, funk, punk, and reggae.

The members of Moonshine Mountain are no strangers to each other as some have played in numerous projects with one another for over five years. Although this band is relatively new to the scene, they are already making festival appearances in their home state. Currently, they are in the studio working on their first album.

Their high-energy sound and stage presence is helping them quickly establish a reputation for keeping dance floors packed. The band is known to play various kinds of gigs, from scaled-down acoustic sets at a wedding to elaborate, jamming electric sets at the club.
