Biography
Steve Griggs born and raised in Port Orchard, Washington. Age 54. Greg Spears was born and raised in Seattle, Washington Age 60.
Steve has a solo album out titled, “THE BALLOON”. It was released in 1996. He has been playing and singing professionally for over 30 years. His musical influences come from genres like Folk, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass and Gospel. His voice has been compared closely to John Denver & James Taylor.
Greg Spears has been playing and singing professionally for over 40 years. His musical influences come from genres like Folk, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass and Gospel also. Greg has played in Jazz and Rock groups in Seattle clubs for many years in his younger days. A main influence for Greg was Carlos Jobim.
Together Acoustic Reflections has a combined 90 years of expertly trained musicianship between them that brings a wonderful blend to their music. They are truly an eclectic blend of all of that experience and musicianship from their musical pasts.
Acoustic Reflections currently has a new CD out titled, "YOU GOTTA HAVE FAITH" with 15 original songs on it. We are eager to share these new songs with everyone we play for. We feel we have written some great tunes that are bound for greatness! Ok, maybe just a top spot on your IPOD!
