Biography
Lee Sager graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1998. Following his time as an AirCav helicopter pilot in the 82d Airborne Division, he went west where he performed and recorded music out of Hollywood, California. His music is pure Americana, blending the bluesy roots of his heroes out of Austin, TX with the classic rock influence of his youth. A native Texan, his music carries with it the trials and tribulations of his people and the country influence that goes with it. Though he is compared with David Bowie more than any other artist, he wears a tattoo on his arm with but 5 names: Ian Moore, Jimi Hendrix, SRV, John Lennon, and Steve Sagerson.
