Artist Information
Biography
In a conversation about how we would describe our sound, someone once said to us "You either sound like The Beatles or U2, so which one is it?" We suspect we’re more like U2 than we are The Beatles. We have been compared to The Wallflowers, Vertical Horizon, Train, The Goo Goo Dolls, Ryan Adams and Guster. For the most part we agree with those comparisons. Our music is melody driven pop/rock, about life as we experience it. In fact, we feel that’s just what music, and art in general, is: an artist giving you a peek at what life is like for them. Maybe you can relate. Maybe you can’t. Maybe you’re content to take it in as a casual observer. Maybe you still wear a fanny pack to carry important personal items.
Seriously though, for us, making and playing music is expression, creativity, energy and subtlety. )ur collective dream is to make great, honest music and We’d like to extend this friendly invitation to you to join us in our journy.
Download it, burn it to CDs, pass it around, let it multiply like the Salmon of Capistrano. Why? Our marketing strategy is you. If you enjoy our sound, then we’re counting on you to spread the word. So, in a nutshell that’s us. We’re out to make great music, and we promise we’ll work hard at it until we get there. Then, once we get there we’ll stop working and retire on the millions...or...thousands...or maybe hundreds that we’ve made, and work in Wal-Mart as store greeters...now that doesn’t sound so bad.
