Artist Information

Biography

"Just like the burn outs, but, the other way".
The Burn Ins are heavily influenced by 60's and 70's rock. Their passion for the warmth of tube amps and "real" sounding instruments gets mixed with the lead singer/songwriter Kristine's bluesy/folksy writing style to create music that ends up sounding like 60's garage rock and 70's hard rock. All rock was influenced by the blues back then and so are we.
People are always wondering where they got their name and the simplest answer is that the guitar player (the amp nut) said that "you have to let the tubes Burn In to get good tone from them", they liked that idea and the amount of symbolism that it can have for the band.
