Biography
Success' debut single "D-Boy" is soon to be in markets throughout the U.S. D-Boy delivers a true depiction of urban life and the different flavors that come with it. Success' lyrics are of original content and is second to none. His style is a mixture of the Mid-South, Dirty-South, and Mid-West flavor. With his first single gaining so much momentum in the Atlanta area, his album is greatly anticipated to be a hit.
Success was born in Blytheville, AR son of Bonita and Chester Jackson Sr. His father was a professional boxer and his mother was a collegiate track runner. Success' urban life experiences and his below socio-economic status formed his hard hitting lyrical content. His style is an in your face, untainted, hard hitting view of his life in the ghetto. Being raised 60 miles from Memphis, TN, some of Success' early influences were Triple 6 Mafia and Eight Ball and MJG to name a few. The small town Blytheville, AR was unchartered territory and did not identify with any particular region. This made way for Success' untamed versatile style.
