Bio
Lindsay has toured around the world with her one woman show. She has entertained the magic world's elite at The Magic Castle in Hollywood and been a favorite among Los Angeles Comedy Clubs such as The Ice House, The Comedy Store, and The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. Her success in the Comedy scene led to a talent scout inviting her to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Lindsay got her start performing her act on the streets of San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf. Inspired by classic vaudeville and golden-era comedy, she has spent her life working tirelessly to perfect the art of making people happy. Also an accomplished actress, Lindsay has appeared in films such as The Darwin Awards and The Lost Coast, both of which were featured at major film festivals.
What sets Lindsay's show apart from your average comedy act is its combination of theater, silent clowning, and a winning feminine charm. From a young age Lindsay was influenced by many incredible entertainers like Bill Irwin in "Fool Moon" and Janet McTeer in "A Dolls House" on Broadway, These performances had a tremendous effect on Lindsay in her early years and led her to a BFA in theater arts. The combination of her many talents is what makes Lindsay's work so unique and powerful. It is a blend of both the lighthearted comedy of silent clowning and the deep emotional connection of a well trained actor.
Lindsay’s performances showcase her wide variety of skills, which range from acting to physical comedy to juggling. Her greatest skill of all though, is that rare ability to connect with her audience and bring them the joy and wonder of the present moment.
