Biography
PillowBlock was forged in the depths of metro-Detroit in December 2001.The band was formed by four guys that bring a wide variety of musical influence and experience to create a heavy emotion-filled sound. Pillowblock has completed three CD's, the first in 2001,then 2003 and 2005.They have played countless shows in Michigan and done shows in Ohio,Illinois,Missouri and Pennsylvania as well.They have opened for such national bands as Fear Factory,Lamb of God, Opeth,Strapping Young Lad, Anthrax,Devil Driver,C.O.C,Dope,Crowbar,Throwdown and many others. As for the future of Pillowblock, the guys are working on a new CD,which should be done sometime in Spring 2006, as well as taking the stage as often as possible.
