Biography
Lana Rossi is a singer- songwriter who writes about what she knows…..life, love and heartbreak. She has been singing and performing ever since she wrote her first love song at the age of twelve. Recording experience in Nashville Tennessee, Vancouver B.C. and the Yukon with some of country music’s hottest players has helped her music evolve into a “country folk/roots with a modern twist” style of her own.
Her original country songs offer a sound that is exciting and addictive and leave you wanting more.
Talent, experience and a sense of humor in her songwriting have earned her a Nashville’s EIA Independents Music Award for her self-produced “Country in my Soul” album. In addition, she was recently awarded a Western Canadian Music Award for her children’s CD “Lana Rae-I Gotta Be Me”, which combines her talent for songwriting and love of country music to offer the smaller folk an upbeat country–rock CD that appeals to all ages.
Currently working on her new CD. "Rossi- Wasn't Supposed to Be Like This" , Lana Rossi lives in the Yukon where she continues to write, tour and perform.

• Lonnie Powell is a percussionist extraordinaire who studied with world renowned teacher Jim Blackley and is a teacher of all styles and genres of music from African to country.
• Lawrence Gillespie is a country vocalist who adds solid keyboard styles, incredible lead country licks, and record producing to his list of musical abilities.
