JERONE is a seasoned vocalist with a great attitude and work ethics. He performs as a solo artist and front man, Solo – (Vocals/Keys) or (with Bkgnd. Trks.), Duo – (Jerone / 1 Bk.Up Musician), Trio - (Jerone/ 2 Bk. up Musicians). He performs with high energy and charisma ....that will touch your audience’s heart and leave them with many great memories.   Dear Theater Professionals:
  1. Please let me know and invite me to see your gigs. I learned late Friday afternoon that one of our theater instructors, Jerone Roy, would be performing on the 107.5 FM Jazz Stage at the Taste of Dallas this weekend. So I went down to check him out and let me just say, WOW. I knew our instructors had talent but I didn't know we had some sho' nuf show stopping talent. It was fabulous! TeCo has an active email distribution list and we'll be more than happy to help spread the word.
  Kudos again to Jerone on an awesome set.

  This is a letter of recommendation for Jerone Roy who is seeking future opportunities in his professional career as an artist/musician.
  
  I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Roy as a member of the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs Neighborhood Touring Artist roster.
  
  Through this program, Mr. Roy was able to perform as a jazz musician in a variety of community facilities and City functions throughout the Dallas metroplex.
  
  Mr. Roy has collaborated with the Office of Cultural Affairs as an entertainer to coordinate city wide festivals as well as City staff events, and initiate pilot programs such as the Dallas “StreetStage” Program which was created to stimulate tourism and business interest in the downtown Dallas area.
  
  He has produced several recordings with local and internationally known bands as well as played a significant role in identifying young new talent and serving as a role model and mentor.
  
  I am more than happy to be called on as a reference for Mr. Roy and will continue to be supportive of him in any way I can.

  Although my experience with Jerone Roy is limited to one project, I know that he is a diligent hard worker. He is persistent and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. It was obvious to me working on our St. Anthony Community Center event how passionate he was not only about the center but the kids as well.
  
  Throughout the project he was a constant reminder to me of why we were doing what we were doing. He obviously has a gift with children and finding creative ways to increase their curiosity about reading and the media. Jerone is dependable and an excellent team player. Any project would be fortunate to have him working on it.
