Biography

Led by the supercharged guitar work of it's founder guitarist Dudley Leavitt,and now supercharged with Kelleigh Richards back on Vocals, the enigma that is Dark Rain is ready to
rock.. The band now boasts two singers in Kelleigh and Dudley. They are powered by the rhythm section Ben Hersey on Guitar,with the on the beat drumming of Chris Williams and the in
pocket bottom end of William Doe, Not giving in to the motto of just playing covers, Dark Rain, pays tribute to the last 30
years of rock, while writing their own chapter in music history. They have already won several battle of the bands
contests, and made it to the finals in the Budweiser Best Live Music Showcase. They have also opened for many 80's
and
90’s rockers such as White Lion and Zakk Wylde
With a strong focus on songwriting this band loves to play live, bringing the music and their message of rock to the
people. They have received airplay on Wcyy "Spinout" as well as several Boston and college stations. They have also
made an appearance on the "Musicians wanted" TV show. Their current goal is to play as much as possible to promote
their upcoming release We are currently Booking. Thank you for

Dark Rain is a five piece rock band led by Bangor resident Luke Smith on Vocals, Dudley Leavitt on guitar, Eric Rector on guitar, Willaim Doe on bass and Chris Williams on drums. The cd is available at Bull Moose Locations and on itunes and from the bands website, request songs from the cd on your favorite radio stations such as wtos fm 105.1.
