Biography
MY SWEET RED is an acoustic/alt. rock band outside of the Philadelphia region that has created a unique sound with their vibrant energy and diversity. The band’s musical arc can be attributed to their honest, heart-felt songwriting.
My Sweet Red recorded their first album in 2005 in their hometown of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The six song demo With or Without You is the culmination of a lifetime of musical influences from brothers Brett and Eric, and brothers Phil and Nate. The Pottstown Mercury noted the demo as an “enchanting mix of emotionally charged lyrics and acoustics”.
My Sweet Red continues to add breadth to their songwriting as they finish recording their first full-length album and play shows in and out of the Philadelphia region.
