"My influences are as wide as my personal musical tastes. I dream to create music that blends real rock & roll and pop music with the salt and spirit of Jim Henson, the wild abandon of Iggy Pop, the playful spirit and integrity of "Jack's Big Music Show" and the pulse pounding excitement of a Super Monster Truck-Pull. My favorite children's musical acts include The Dirty Sock Funtime Band, Ralph Covert, Justin Roberts, Laurie Berkner, TMBG."

Setlist
The best classic rock numbers done kiddie-style, with a toddler twist...Mindy takes Mom and Dad's favorite nostalgic musical bites and turns them into songs the entire family loves, and laughs at. Mindy has got a great sense of humor, and a pinch of Weird Al inside her musical brain. Take a listen!
Children can learn valuable lessons, while parents are afforded a moment to reflect on what may have been happening when the parodied song was originally released.
The set is typically 45 minutes, featuring traditional childrens songs, originals, covers such as The Beatles and The Grateful Dead. It's an up-beat, on-your-feet high energy show, with plenty of dancing and group participation. Mindy's hit kid's album, KEEP ON ROCKIN IN THE PRE-SCHOOL, which features rock and roll parodies for kids, is a favorite at concerts. Hear Mindy's cover of Bon Jovi's Livin On A Prayer, entitled WALKING UP THE STAIRS, or SIP IT!, a rock parody of the hit Devo song "Whip It". Others that follow: Juice Box Hero, Monster In The Closet, Welcome To The Jungle Gym and Milk Mustache. But, whatever is on the set list, be assured there won't be a single audience member sitting down. So, bring your dancing shoes!
