Biography
The Rod Hans Project evolved out of the challenges
songwriters and performers face in the ever changing music
world. With technology and economics shifting the dynamics of
song creation and music distribution, the only constant
has been that the strength of the individual song is still what
drives the industry. Taking this into consideration, multi-
talented artist Rod Hans decided to shift priorities and
concentrate on producing and releasing the best of the songs
in his catalog.
For this master of all things guitar, with a considerable
background in writing, arranging, and recording songs,
embracing this task was both challenging and enlightening. It
required all of the lessons learned from a life long path of focusing on making music to see this project through. Formal music training at an early age and years of playing in bands were only introductory courses to the more advanced lessons of creating a collection of finished songs.
The Rod Hans Project has become an intense and empowering
experience, fanning the flames of creativity and inspiration in
the contemporary music environment.
