Biography
19-year old Tina received her first guitar as a birthday present from her Grandfather and Grandmother on her 7th birthday. It was not much more than a toy, but it ignited in her a passion for music. Three months later she had written her first song. She has continued to write ever since that day.
Tina has earned more than 23 recognitions in major competitions in including:
• Billboard Magazine’s World Song Contest
• American Songwriter Magazine Amateur Lyric Contest
• Berklee College of Music
• Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Contest- Finalist Pop Division, and Inspirational
• Mike Pender’s SongWars
Indeed, Tina entered competitions with different songs that she wrote, composed and performed. She demonstrates her range from Pop/Rock , Acoustic, Christian, to Children's Music. Tina continues to build on that range and explore new areas in strength and perseverance, humor and tragedy. Of course relationships and love will always be significant themes for Tina.
Tina is currently enjoying attending the Berklee College of Music.
