Biography
Amanda has appeared on albums by Royce Campbell,Lee Blanton, Ricky Wilkins and Natchez Trace Band to name a few. To date she has two albums, "Somewhere South of Heaven" and "Off the Cuff", to her credit and is currently working on her third entitled "Profile". She has performed as an opening act for Sawyer Brown,The Temptations, Travis Tritt, Ricochet, Marty Stewart, Phil Vassar and the Carpenter Ants and the list goes on. Amanda,most often, performs in a trio with Ricky Wilkins(keys,vocals) and D.W. "Doc" Shelton:guitars, as the Amanda Wilkins Trio. Amanda is a B.M.I. songwriter.She likes her work!
Ricky Wilkins has over thirty years experience in the music business.In addition to many recording dates and opening act gigs, he has performed as a side-man for Razzy Bailey, Catfish Hodge, The Coasters, Lane Brody, Jeanie Seely, Michael Twitty, Natchez Trace Band,and Nancy Wiles. He has produced records for Amanda Wilkins, Lee Blanton, Michael Thomas Cash, and Pam Seekford etc. Along with performances all over the United States, he has performed on The Grand Ol' Opry, The Kennedy Center, The Wheeling Jamboree, Jamboree in the Hills, and the Perisian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm for the Department of Defense. He has four solo albums to his credit and one group album with his wife Amanda Wilkins. Ricky is a B.M.I. songwriter with song credits on "Wife Swap", "Inside the NBA"," G4 Tech TV"etc. He REALLY likes his work!

Our sets usually last between 45 min. to an hour depending on how many sets, type of gig, (club, concert etc.),and compensation. We usually do some originals from each album we've released and naturaly we'll be promoting Amanda's new solo album "Profile" as well.Our covers include tunes by Nora Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Eva Cassidy, Eta James, Billy Holiday,Sara McLaughlin, Grateful Dead, Bobby Blue Bland,Lucky Peterson, Dixie Chicks,Emmy Lou Harris, Etc.
